What is your returns and refunds policy?

We offer a 14 day no-quibble Moneyback Guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your product. Alternatively, if you wish to exchange your product for e.g. a different size, then again just send it back to us within 14 days and we will arrange this.

Where are you based?

We are based in the UK, and the majority of our products are shipped from here. We do also work with some international fulfillment partners to ship some of our products. We deliver our products worldwide.

How much does delivery cost?

Free or low cost UK delivery on all items. Worldwide delivery rates vary depending on your location.  All rates will be stated in your local currency at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive? 

The majority of orders are processed and sent out within 3 working days and are usually delivered to you within 5 to 15 working days (within the UK). Some items may take longer at peak periods, but we will keep you updated as to the status of your package. International orders will usually take between 10 to 20 working days depending on location, but orders to Australia and New Zealand may take longer. Please allow up to 30 working days for those two locations.

How do I contact you?

What payment options are there?

We accept payment from all the major credit and debit cards (incl. VISA, MasterCard and American Express) in addition to PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Amazon Pay. 

Is my payment secure?

Yes. We use secure and encrypted SSL technology. You will note the secure payment 'padlock' symbol in the browser above.

What happens if the item I want is showing as out of stock?

Please email us, as we may well be able to restock the item very quickly.

I have a sizing query on one of your items, what should I do?

Please send email us on info@selloutcrowd.co.uk, and we will give you guidance as to the correct size to order. 

How can I trust your business?

We have had countless happy, repeat customers since we began trading. Ours is one of the fastest growing websites amongst our peer group by volume of traffic, with new product lines being added all the time. 

Are the products good quality?

Yes. We always work with manufacturers that provide high quality products. The products are mostly custom designed tribute items and are not official merchandise. The designs featured are for decorative purposes and imply no connection or endorsement to or from the subject.

If for any reason you are not wholly satisfied with the quality of your item, you can simply return it within 14 days and we will issue a full refund. 

I have a discount code. How do I use it?

You add the product to cart in the usual way and then progress through the checkout stages where you will be asked if you have any discount codes. Enter it there and your discount will be applied. 

How do I order?

All orders must be made through our site. Just find your item and click the 'Add to Cart' button.  Your shopping cart link is at the top right hand side of the screen (looks like a bag). It will show a symbol if you have items in it. When you are ready to purchase, just click on it to start the checkout process.

I want to order a product as a gift for someone else. Can I do this?

Yes. Just order the item in the usual way, but when asked for the shipping address in the checkout stage, enter the recipient's address so that it will be delivered directly to them.
